With ABHA you get a timeline view of your personal health records. ABHA-tagged medical records enable easy access and sharing with Doctors, Hospitals/Clinics, Diagnostic Labs, and Insurers. All you need is your mobile number or Aadhaar to create your 14-digit ABHA Number.
ABHA allows a user to access and share medical records with their consent across participating health professionals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

How to Create Your ABHA Number?
Any Indian citizen can create an ABHA Number using Central India E-Clinic App in 5 easy steps:
1. Sign up or Log in to your Central India E-Clinic Account,
2. On the top of the screen Click on ‘Create Your ABHA Number’,
3. Confirm your Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Email ID,
4. Create your desired ABHA address, and click on ‘Get OTP’,
5. Enter the OTP received from NHA, that’s all.
Your ABHA is created and linked to your Central India E-Clinic Account for your future reference.
